Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING
When you order something from our store, it is made and printed on demand. This process usually takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on the product.
On top of that you have to add shipping times. We provide several shipping options, but items generally arrive between 3 to 5 business days.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please submit a claim to email@example.com with the subject line “Damaged/Defective item” within 15 days of receiving the item. If possible, upload a photo of the damaged or defective item in this email as well.
ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT
If your items were lost in transit, submit a notice to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please use the subject line “Lost in transit”. Send this notification within 15 days after the estimated delivery date.
If an item is found to be defective, damaged or lost in transit through no fault of the customer, we will send a replacement. The replacement will be identical to the original order.
To complete your replacement, we require:
1. The item be returned. Items are not always required to be returned. This is reviewed on a case by case basis. We will provide the return address via email when applicable.
2. Include a receipt or proof of purchase with the item.
You do not have to pay for the shipping cost of returning a damaged or defective item.
We do not replace items or refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Size exchanges are also not possible. Please review our size chart carefully before ordering apparel.
